资源简介:
Pasteurella multocida serotype A strain PmCQ2 is a major zoonotic opportunistic pathogen causing bovine respiratory diseases. It tends to outbreak infections when cattle herds are under stress or have decreased immunity, leading to inflammatory damage in lung tissues, characterized by high morbidity and mortality, which poses a serious threat to the global beef and dairy industries. Currently, the regulatory mechanisms of host lung tissue gene expression and key immune response pathways after PmCQ2 infection in cattle have not been systematically elucidated, which restricts the development of efficient prevention and control technologies. To clarify the effect of PmCQ2 infection on the transcriptomic profiles of bovine lung tissues, this study designed two experimental groups: the PmCQ2 infection group (intranasal inoculation with PmCQ2 bacterial solution) and the healthy control group (inoculation with the same volume of sterile normal saline). Bovine lung tissue samples were collected from both groups at specific time points post-infection. Using transcriptome sequencing (RNA-seq) technology, we systematically analyzed the differentially expressed genes in lung tissues between the infection group and the control group, and explored host immune-related pathways, inflammatory response regulatory genes, and tissue damage repair-related molecules induced by PmCQ2 infection. This study provides basic data support for Clarified the pathogenic mechanism of PmCQ2 infection in cattle and screening prevention and control targets.
