In this study, a online-questionnaire was conducted using the Fear of Covid-19 Scale, Psychological Capital Scale, Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey for Medical Professionals Scale, and SF-12 among 445 nurses (average age = 32.89 years, SD = 6.76 years) to investigate the correlation between fear of covid-19 and mental health in nurses, as well as the role of psychological capital and burnout in this relationship.

本研究针对445名护士（平均年龄32.89岁，标准差为6.76岁），采用新冠肺炎恐惧量表（Fear of Covid-19 Scale）、心理资本量表（Psychological Capital Scale）、马斯拉赫职业倦怠量表医护人员版（Maslach Burnout Inventory Human Services Survey for Medical Professionals Scale）以及SF-12健康量表开展在线问卷调查，旨在探究护士群体中新冠肺炎恐惧与心理健康的相关性，并分析心理资本及职业倦怠在二者关联中所起到的作用。
