Background The dataset represents the time-series of the released gases of different concentrations of bacteria that were cultured in blood agar plates. Using the BME688 gas sensor from Bosch Sensortec, the released gases during bacterial growth were monitored and logged in real-time for 20-24 hours. The measurements took place inside an incubator at ~37 degC.Dataset descriptionThe dataset includes measurements of Escherichia Coli ATCC25922, Enterococcus Faecalis ATCC29212, Streptococcus agalactiae ATCC13813 and Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC25668. The column headers are the time in hours followed by the concentrations from lowest to highest in cfu/mL. Finally, the file names include the date of the measurement in the format YYYY-MM-DD and the name of the bacterium measured.
