1,801 women with caesarean section (CS) and 1,801 matched women with vaginal delivery (VD) from gynecological practices in Germany. Data set includes the patient-id, age, obesity, mode of delivery (CS versus VD) in the first pregnancy and in the second pregnancy, the most common pregnancy-induced diseases, pregnancy-associated disorders and complications prior to or during birth in the subsequent pregnancy. The index date (Indexdate) relates to the physician visit.

本数据集纳入来自德国妇科诊疗机构的1801名剖宫产（caesarean section, CS）女性与1801名匹配的经阴道分娩（vaginal delivery, VD）女性。数据集包含患者ID、年龄、肥胖状况、首次妊娠与第二次妊娠的分娩方式（剖宫产vs经阴道分娩）、第二次妊娠中最常见的妊娠诱导性疾病、妊娠相关病症，以及该次妊娠分娩前或分娩时出现的各类并发症。索引日期（Indexdate）对应受试者的门诊就诊时间。
