The proteomic analysis was of granulosa cells collected from pre-ovulatory follicles of dairy cows that were supplemented from late pregnancy to early lactation with omega-3 fatty acids. The follicular aspiration was conducted at 58 days in lactation. The data presents the differential proteins between controls (fed saturated fat) and cows supplemented with omega-3.
