RNA-seq of Mus musculus lungs comparing VEGFR2 Y949F mutants to wild type

RNA sequencing of lung tissue from transgenic mice in order to investigate the effect of a single tyrosine to phenylalanine exchange in the endothelial receptor VEGFR2 at position Y949. This exchange creates a mouse with unleaky blood vessels which is an advantage in several diseases such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.本数据集针对转基因小鼠的肺组织进行RNA测序 (RNA sequencing)，旨在探究内皮受体血管内皮生长因子受体2 (VEGFR2) 第949位酪氨酸 (tyrosine) 向苯丙氨酸 (phenylalanine) 单氨基酸置换所产生的效应。该置换可获得具有无渗漏血管的小鼠，这一特性在癌症、心血管疾病等多种疾病的研究中具备应用优势。
