HCV RNA 2a/2c血清样本库数据集其为全国29家中心2011-2015年收集的HCV患者血清，以中心为编组，按入组时间依次编号，记录了2a/2c血清来源的标本编号，性别，年龄，阳性条带，基因型，HCV RNA定量值及log值信息，ALT和AST。The HCV RNA 2a/2c serum specimen bank dataset consists of serum samples from HCV patients collected from 29 national centers in China between 2011 and 2015. The samples are grouped by participating centers and sequentially numbered according to their enrollment time. The recorded information includes specimen number, gender, age, positive bands, genotype, HCV RNA quantitative value and its log-transformed value, as well as ALT and AST levels.
