Data associated with the ultrasonic power transfer experiments

This dataset contains measurement data relative to ultrasonic power transfer experiments using pre-charged collapse-mode CMUTs as power receivers. A transmitting transducer was used to generate ultrasound and the power conversion efficiency of the CMUTs was calculated as the ratio of input acoustic power (previously mesured at the test location with a needle hydrophone) and the output electric power at a load connected to the CMUTs. The tests were performed in water.

本数据集包含以预充电折叠模式电容式微加工超声换能器（capacitive Micromachined Ultrasonic Transducers, CMUTs）作为受电单元的超声功率传输实验测量数据。实验采用发射换能器产生超声波，CMUTs的功率转换效率以输入声功率（此前已通过针状水听器在测试位置测得）与连接至CMUTs的负载端输出电功率的比值进行计算。所有实验均在水环境中开展。
