Sets of differentially abundant ASVs identified using DESeq2 in each experimental variant described in Golebiewski et al. "<b>Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant</b>". Files are in the tsv (tab separated values) format. Figures (SVG files) showing at most top 20 DRFs (differentially represented features) or ternary plots are also included. Experimental variants are contained in file names in the form of S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late, e.g. S.S1.B.late. S - soil samples, R - roots, L - leaves; S1 - soil 1, S2 - soil 2; B - genotype B (<i>B</i><i>eta vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Bravo'), C - genotype C (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>vulgaris</i> cv. 'Casino'), M - genotype M (<i>B. vulgaris</i> ssp. <i>maritima</i>); early - early status, late - late status. Name of the variable defining compared groups is included in filenames after an underscore, e.g. _Inoculation.

本数据集收录了Golebiewski等人发表于论文《无论是否接种下一代生物接种剂,根际细菌在无菌甜菜的定殖过程呈现离散阶段》(原文标题:Colonization of axenic beet by rhizosphere bacteria takes place in discreet phases regardless of bioinculation with next generation bioinoculant)中各实验变体经DESeq2鉴定得到的差异丰度扩增子序列变异体(amplicon sequence variant, ASV)集合。数据集文件均采用TSV(制表符分隔值,tab separated values)格式。此外还包含最多展示前20个差异表达特征(differentially represented features, DRF)的SVG格式图表或三元图。文件名中包含实验变体信息,其命名格式为S/R/L.S1/S2.B/C/M.early/late,示例为S.S1.B.late。其中各编码含义如下:S代表土壤样本(soil samples),R代表根系样本(roots),L代表叶片样本(leaves);S1为土壤1(soil 1),S2为土壤2(soil 2);B为基因型B(*Beta vulgaris* ssp. *vulgaris* 栽培品种‘Bravo’),C为基因型C(*B. vulgaris* ssp. *vulgaris* 栽培品种‘Casino’),M为基因型M(*B. vulgaris* ssp. *maritima*);early代表早期采样阶段,late代表晚期采样阶段。文件名中下划线后的部分为定义比较组的变量名,示例为_Inoculation。
