Practical Significance of Item Misfit

Current research on practical significance of item misfit mostly uses data from published studies, which have already been screened for misfitting items. To investigate the practical significance of item misfit, field test data are used in this project. In cooperation with the Centre for International Student Assessment (ZIB), field test data from PISA 2018 are analyzed. We discuss criteria for assessing the significance of item misfit and evaluate them w.r.t. the field test data.

当前关于项目误差实际意义的研究主要采用已筛选出误差项目的已发表研究数据。为探究项目误差的实际意义，本项目采用了实地测试数据。与ZIB国际学生评估中心合作，对PISA 2018的实地测试数据进行了分析。我们探讨了评估项目误差重要性的标准，并基于实地测试数据对其进行了评估。
