Recommendations have been developed for the implementation of a knowledge management system for the company in question, and the result is that after the introduction of the system into the existing business model, according to the forecast, the productivity of employees will increase. Thus, the proposed knowledge management system through the formation and accumulation of competencies will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the company.
