Every Last Joule: an hourly synthesis of renewable-electricity curtailment and associated-gas flaring (v1.0.0)

A versioned, reproducible synthesis dataset of hourly renewable-electricitycurtailment and associated-gas flaring, covering 128 regions across sixcontinents. Built by combining live feeds from transmission system operatorsand energy regulators (ENTSO-E, EIA, AEMO, Elexon, ONS, and others) withpublished annual calibration anchors (IRENA, Ember, GGFR).
