Ecological data

Genetic sampling of trees in the forests of Nékoro, Tiéa, Pindai, Mepouiri and Nassirah was completed with a phyto-sociological survey of all the neighboring botanical species of Ixora margaretae. Around each sampled tree, and over a distance of 4 meters, all the species were identified. These data were used to characterize the floral composition of the dry forests of Nékoro and Tiéa, and the main ecological traits of Ixora margaretae. The same protocol was used for the dry forests of Mepouiri and Pindai and the mesic forest of Nassirah, but because of the low number of Ixora margaretae, it was difficult to interpret the results for these patches of forests.

已完成内科罗（Nékoro）、蒂亚（Tiéa）、潘代（Pindai）、梅普伊里（Mepouiri）与纳西拉（Nassirah）林区林木的遗传取样，并针对玛格丽特龙船花（Ixora margaretae）周边所有邻近植物类群开展了植物社会学调查。在每株被取样林木周边4米范围内，对所有植物物种完成了物种鉴定。本数据集被用于刻画内科罗与蒂亚旱生林的植物区系组成，以及玛格丽特龙船花的主要生态特征。针对梅普伊里、潘代的旱生林与纳西拉的中生林，本研究采用了相同的实验规程；但受限于玛格丽特龙船花的个体数量稀少，难以对上述林分的调查结果进行有效阐释。
