Cosumnes river floodplain fish outmigration cues

This dataset includes 6 data files used to create cumulative catch figures and bayseian models: fish catch data, environmental variables (flow, temperature, dissolved oxygen). They are structured as csv files. The models were all created with the file: cosumnes_floodplain_model_dataframe. The remaining 5 files were used to create the other figures in the paper (cummulative catch, temperature), as well as compiled into the model file. See the README file for more detailed information on each of the included files.Â

本数据集包含6个数据文件，可用于构建累积渔获量图表与贝叶斯（Bayesian）模型：涵盖鱼类渔获数据、环境变量（流量、水温、溶解氧）。所有文件均采用逗号分隔值（CSV）格式存储。所有模型均基于cosumnes_floodplain_model_dataframe文件构建。其余5个文件则用于生成论文中的其余图表（累积渔获量、水温），同时也被整合至该模型文件中。如需了解各文件的详细说明，请参阅README文件。
