Importance of green spaces in the purchase of real estate in France in 2019

The French seem to attribute real importance to green areas in their choice of living place. In fact, in 2019, more than 90% of respondents to an Ifop study stated that the presence of green areas in their neighbourhood was an important factor when buying a property.
