Phylogeography and post-Pleistocene dispersal of the Kidneyshell (Ptychobranchus fasciolaris)

Included are Table S1 (see caption below), the initial unfiltered SNP output from the STACKS pipeline, the final filtered SNP dataset in VCF format used to do analysis in the manuscript titled "Phylogeography and post-Pleistocene dispersal of the Kidneyshell (Ptychobranchus fasciolaris)" which was submitted to Journal of Heredity in June 2026. Table S1. Pairwise Fst (Weir and Cockerham 1984) are reported below the diagonal with 95% confidence intervals based on 10,000 bootstraps above the diagonal. Bold cells indicate non-significant comparisons. Green to red color ramp shading in cells reflect of low (green) to high (red) relative Fst values.
