This dataset contains information on the practice licenses of representative offices of Hong Kong law firms located in Maoming City, Mainland China, since 2022. Pursuant to the Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA) Service Trade Agreement and the policies for opening up Mainland legal services to Hong Kong and Macao, Hong Kong law firms are permitted to establish representative offices within the Mainland to provide Hong Kong legal services to Mainland residents.
