Marfan syndrome in mice

Comparison of whole genome expression profiles to characterize gene expression during development of thoracic aortic aneurysm in fibrillin-1 hypomorphic mice (Fbn1mgR/mgR). We compared biological processes identified from transcriptomic analyses of aortic tissue harvested from Fbn1mgR/mgR mice, a validated model of early onset, progressive, severe Marfan syndrome (MFS).本数据集通过全基因组表达谱比较，解析原纤蛋白1低功能突变小鼠（Fbn1mgR/mgR）胸主动脉瘤发育过程中的基因表达特征。我们对该品系小鼠的主动脉组织开展转录组分析，鉴定得到相关生物学过程并进行对比；该品系小鼠是经验证的早发、进行性重症马方综合征（MFS）模型。
