E. albens v's E. melliodora synteny and rearrangements

tsv file describing all syntenic, rearranged, and not-aligned regions bewteen E. albens (reference) and E. milliodora (query).<br>These are the results of aligning the genomes with nucmer (MUMmer) and analysiing alignments with SyRI.

本数据集为制表符分隔值（TSV）文件，记录了以E. albens为参考基因组、E. milliodora为查询基因组之间的全部同线性区域（syntenic regions）、重排区域（rearranged regions）及未比对区域（not-aligned regions）。该结果通过使用nucmer（MUMmer软件套件）比对基因组，并利用SyRI分析比对结果所得。
