Iliac Activation Repository

This repository contains data and scripts for data analysis used in the manuscript Nerual mechanisms underlying leg muscle responses during cervical transcutaneous spinal cord stimulation. These scripts perform the statistical tests and generate the plots implemented in the manuscript, as well as the underlying analysis and calculations. The dataset includes EMG recordings and derived summary structures used for recruitment curve analysis, motor threshold identification, latency, suppression calculations, and other parameters across stimulation configurations. Information about the organization and function of the data and scripts is detailed in the README.txt document.
