Sampling data captured in Oceanic Exploration Research The China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association (hereinafter referred to as COMRA) conducted its activities in 2015 for implementing the program of activities for the current five-year program of activities specified in Schedule 2 of Annex III to the contract for exploration of cobalt-rich ferromanganese crusts between the International Seabed Authority (hereinafter referred to as ISA) and the China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association. In accordance with the provisions specified in Section 10 of the Annex II to the contract, COMRA, as the contractor, submits to the Secretary-General of ISA this annual report covering its program of activities carried out in the year of 2015.

国际海底管理局（International Seabed Authority，以下简称ISA）与中国大洋矿产资源研究开发协会（以下简称COMRA）签订的富钴铁锰结壳（cobalt-rich ferromanganese crusts）勘探合同附件三附表2中，明确了现行五年工作计划的活动实施方案。COMRA于2015年开展相关活动以落实该方案。根据本合同附件二第10条的规定，作为承包方的COMRA现向ISA秘书长提交本2015年度活动执行情况年度报告。
