包含305个γ-变形菌纲（Gammaproteobacteria）科的代表物种的串联标记基因系统发育分析所需的数据文件。本次分析所纳入的基因组/宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genome, MAG）均获取自基因组分类数据库（Genome Taxonomy Database, GTDB）与地球微生物组基因组目录（Genomic Catalog of Earth's Microbiomes, GEM）。
