Cordycepin ameliorates ischemia/reperfusion-induced acute kidney injury via inhibiting apoptosis and necroptosis

The study is based on network pharmacology to explore targets and potential mechanisms of COR in the treatment of AKI. Furthermore, In vivo experiments using a mice renal I/R model and in vitro experiments using an H/R-induced HK-2 cell model to validate the effects of COR on apoptosis and necroptosis for AKI and explore its underlying mechanisms. The findings aim to provide clinical evidence for the application of COR and serve as a reference for the prevention and treatment of I/R-induced AKI.
