We investigated the metabolic regulation of miR-409-3p in post-infarct angiogenesis. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of miR-409-3p or Non-specific control transfected HUVECs under palmitate treatment. Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for HUVECs which are transfected with miR-409-3p or Non-specific control and treated with palmitate. 4 technical replicates are pooled for each total-RNA samples.
