"Aims of the study: Residents in difficulty are a major concern in medical education, with a prevalence of 7-15%. They are often detected late in their training and cannot beneficiate from remediation plans. Nowadays, most training hospitals in Switzerland do not have specific processes to identify and manage residents in difficulty. The aim of the study was to explore the challenges perceived by physicians regarding the process of identifying, diagnosing and supporting residents in difficulty in a structured and programmatic way. We explored perceptions of physicians at different hierarchical levels (residents (R), senior residents (SR), attending physicians (A), Chief Physician (CP)) in order to better understand these challenges." 研究目的:困境住院医师(residents in difficulty)是医学教育领域的重点关切群体,患病率达7%至15%。该群体往往在培训后期才被识别,且无法获得补救培养计划的支持。当前瑞士多数教学医院尚未建立针对该群体的专项识别与管理流程。本研究旨在探究医师群体对结构化、系统化开展困境住院医师识别、诊断及帮扶流程的认知挑战。为深入明晰此类挑战,本研究针对不同层级医师的认知展开调研,涵盖住院医师(residents, R)、高年资住院医师(senior residents, SR)、主治医师(attending physicians, A)及科主任(Chief Physician, CP)。(Lanier等,2021)
