Ipsilaterally projecting RGC axons (swc, part 1)

Reconstructions (swc files, part 1) of ipsilaterally projecting RGC axons electroporated with anti-sense morpholinos and/or EGFP from 3D images acquired using in vivo multi-photon mictroscopy every 10 minutes over 4 or 5 hours in darkness, asynchronous and synchronous stimulation as described in the linked preprint. Mastersheets corresponding to Figure 1 and Figure 2 of the preprint matching the file name with the metadata, including BDNF signaling manipulation, as well as information on missing or extra time points.
