Data and results of predimensioning plate-to-plate joints obtained by the KinkJoint spreadsheet

A spreadsheet with graphical features has been developed to size the bolted extended plate-to-plate joints of rafters in polygonal portal frames. The graphical features of the spreadsheet are reflected in the diagram of the polygonal frame and the dimensioned drawing of the front plate, with the position of the bolt holes. The spreadsheet constantly shows the maximum and minimum spacing conditions of the bolts, both between them and between the bolts and the edges of the plate. As the position of the bolts, their diameter, or the thickness of the plate is modified, the spreadsheet provides the utilisation percentage in relation to the bending moments and the shear force.

本研究开发了一款搭载可视化功能的电子表格，用于对多边形门式刚架中椽条的螺栓连接外伸板-板节点开展尺寸选型计算。该电子表格的可视化功能可同步展示多边形刚架示意图，以及标注有螺栓孔位置的前板尺寸工程图纸。其将始终显示螺栓之间以及螺栓与板边之间的最大、最小间距工况；当螺栓位置、螺栓直径或板厚参数发生修改时，该电子表格将输出对应弯矩与剪力作用下的节点利用率百分比。
