scRNA-seq reveals aging-related immune cell types and regulators in vaginal wall from elderly women with pelvic organ prolapse

raw data of single-cell RNA sequencing of three groups were obtained. Postmenopausal participants with Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) stage III in the anterior compartment were divided into the following groups according to age: <60 years (Young POP), >60 years (Old POP). Postmenopausal participant undergoing excision of vaginal cyst and without prolapse were enrolled as control group (age<60 years). Cells from anterior vaginal wall tissue were obtained for single-cell RNA sequencing.

本研究获取了三组样本的单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing）原始数据。针对盆腔前腔隙盆腔器官脱垂量化分期（Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification, POP-Q）Ⅲ期的绝经后参与者，按年龄分为两组：年龄＜60岁者（Young POP）、年龄＞60岁者（Old POP）；另纳入因阴道囊肿切除术就诊且无盆腔器官脱垂的绝经后参与者作为对照组（年龄＜60岁）。采集阴道前壁组织细胞进行单细胞RNA测序。
