ARC Version 1.2.0 contains a comprehensive library of questions designed for use in Case Report Forms (CRFs) tailored to outbreak responses for COVID-19, Dengue, Mpox, H5Nx, and ARI. In addition to the existing content, Version 1.2.0 introduces dedicated CRFs for Mpox pregnancy and paediatric populations, includes Dengue core outcome variables, and expands the form structure to better capture data for specific populations. The CRFs are organised into seven forms: presentation, daily, medication, pathogen testing, outcome, pregnancy, and neonates. These forms comprise multiple sections covering, but not limited to, inclusion and exclusion criteria, hospital admission, patient demographics, travel and exposure history, pregnancy-, infant- and neonate-related information, comorbidities and risk factors, past medical history, medication and vaccination history, vital signs, signs and symptoms, clinical assessments, treatments and interventions, laboratory and imaging results, pathogen testing, and complications. Together, the questions capture relevant clinical and epidemiological information from initial presentation at the health facility, through daily assessments during admission, to discharge or outcome, supporting standardized and high-quality data collection during outbreak investigations.
