Benchmark dataset for hydraulic simulations of flash floods in the French Mediterranean region

This dataset includes: 1. Simulation results: Flood hazard maps and three actual flash flood events in the Mediterranean, calculated using a 2D SWE resolution method named Floodos.. 2. Input data: All the necessary input data to perform simulations in steady state using different mapping approaches, as well as hydrographs enabling calculations in unsteady state. 3. Validation data: The data used to assess the simulation results from Floodos, including observed flood extents and/or high-water levels for historical flood events, and rating curves for the flood hazard maps.
