Antigen testing for COVID-19 vs RT-PCR and viability

The dataset contains results of testing in 494 patients who were tested by a selected antigen test and RT-PCR for the presence of SARS-CoV-2 with the intention to validate the antigen test. In addition, virus viability was assessed in all samoles where these two methods returned different results.<br>
