A Fully Annotated Pathology Slide Dataset for Early Gastric Cancer and Precancerous Lesions

We present a comprehensive dataset comprising 104 whole-slide images with 308 tissue strips, all derived from endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) specimens. This collection includes not only the most common differentiated adenocarcinomas but also precancerous lesions, providing a valuable resource for research on early gastric cancer and its precursors.

本研究构建了一套综合性数据集，包含104张全玻片图像（whole-slide images）及308条组织条带，所有样本均取自内镜黏膜下剥离术（endoscopic submucosal dissection, ESD）标本。该数据集不仅囊括最为常见的分化型腺癌，还涵盖癌前病变，可为早期胃癌及其前驱病变的相关研究提供极具价值的科研资源。
