2016 SoE Built Environment Small regions with significant urban parcel growth, by capital city.

Cadastral parcel change over time was calculated via a spatial overlay between PSMA CADLite August 2011 and August 2014 parcel centroids and 2011 Mesh Blocks. CAD counts were then aggregated to SA1 level. CAD size categories were applied based on the definitions in the ABS publication Land Account: Victoria, Experimental Estimates, 2012 (cat. no. 4609.0.55.002). 随时间变化的地籍宗地（cadastral parcel）变化量，通过对PSMA CADLite 2011年8月与2014年8月的宗地质心数据，以及2011年统计街区（Mesh Blocks）数据开展空间叠加分析（spatial overlay）计算得到。随后将宗地计数数据聚合至统计区域1级（Statistical Area 1，SA1）。宗地面积分类标准参照澳大利亚统计局（Australian Bureau of Statistics，ABS）2012年发布的《维多利亚州土地核算：试验性估算》（文献编号：4609.0.55.002）中的定义确定。估计常住人口（Estimated Resident Population，ERP）的变化量，则基于统计区域1级（SA1）的估计常住人口计数数据计算得到。
