Mass spectrometry analyses of pectin soluble degradation products released by PsAA17 LPMOs

We provide the raw data of the mass spectrometry analyses (MS and MS/MS) of pectin soluble degradation products released by PsAA17 LPMOs. Data are deposited in the Waters instrument manufacturer's format (.raw). They can be converted to .mzml format using a free converter.
