We report the complete circular genome assembly of <em>Elizabethkingia anophelis </em>(Flavobacteriales) generated with the ONT and Illumina sequences from a laboratory-reared <em>Aedes aegypti </em>mosquito. This genome sequence does not belong to the lineage of known isolates from <em>Anopheles </em>mosquitoes, indicating that <em>E. anophelis</em> is genomically diverse across mosquito disease vectors.

本研究报道了一株分离自实验室饲养的埃及伊蚊(Aedes aegypti)的伊氏伊丽莎白菌(Elizabethkingia anophelis,黄杆菌目Flavobacteriales)的完整环状基因组组装结果,该组装依托ONT(Oxford Nanopore Technologies)与Illumina测序数据完成。该基因组序列并不属于已知的按蚊(Anopheles)分离株谱系,这提示伊氏伊丽莎白菌在各类蚊媒病传播媒介中具有丰富的基因组多样性。
