AXCTD and AXBT Profiles from the Amundsen Sea

This dataset contains ocean profile measurements from Airborne Expendable Conductivity, Temperature, Depth (AXCTD) and Airborne Expendable Bathy-Thermograph (AXBT) sensors deployed by helicopter and from the RV Araon research icebreaker. AXCTDs were deployed around the Thwaites Glacier Tongue while the AXBTs were deployed near the Dotson Ice Shelf and along a northbound transect at the end of the field season. The profiles were acquired in February 2022.

本数据集包含由直升机以及“阿拉翁”号（RV Araon）极地研究破冰船布设的机载一次性电导率-温度-深度传感器（Airborne Expendable Conductivity, Temperature, Depth, AXCTD）与机载一次性温深仪（Airborne Expendable Bathy-Thermograph, AXBT）获取的海洋剖面测量数据。其中，AXCTD传感器布设于思韦茨冰川舌（Thwaites Glacier Tongue）周边区域，AXBT传感器则布设于多森冰架（Dotson Ice Shelf）附近，并于野外作业季末期沿北向断面开展布设。所有海洋剖面数据均采集于2022年2月。
