Labour Force Survey, 1. quarter 1998 - 4. quarter 1999, panel

This dataset is based on the panel survey "Labour Force Survey, 1. quarter 1998 - 4. quarter 1999". The Labour Force Survey will provide the basis and statistical material for occupational forecasting and labor market research. The Labour Force Survey has evolved to become the main source of knowledge about the state of the labor market. In 1996, the LFS questionnaire, file description, and standard coding of industry and occupation was significaly revised. Data collection eventually went over to CATI - Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing. The present file has incorporated these changes. New industrial classification in this file. (NOS C 182, based on EU standard NACE, Rev.1) New Classification of Occupations (STRYK) based on ISCO 88 is adopted from 1996, in these data the occupation are coded for new standard. From 1996 the rotation schedule changed, so every family now is attending eight consecutive quarters. From 1996, also the sampling plan changed, making stratification at the county level. In the table above it means that one could connect all the pools (lines) labeled X. Participation 8.gang is used as a selection criterion. Annual files and block files consist of IO that are included for 1.time, 2.time, etc. The weights that such cross sections (columns) can be balanced with national figures. 本数据集基于1998年第一季度至1999年第四季度的劳动力调查（Labour Force Survey, LFS）面板数据。该劳动力调查可为职业预测与劳动力市场研究提供核心基础与统计素材，现已发展成为了解劳动力市场运行现状的首要知识来源。

1996年，LFS的问卷、文件说明以及行业与职业的标准编码体系进行了重大修订，数据采集方式也转为计算机辅助电话访谈（Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing, CATI），本数据集已完整纳入上述所有修订内容。

本文件采用全新行业分类标准（NOS C 182，基于欧盟NACE Rev.1标准），并自1996年起启用基于国际标准职业分类ISCO 88（International Standard Classification of Occupations 1988）的全新职业分类体系（STRYK），本次数据中的职业条目均已按照新编码规则完成标注。

自1996年起，调查轮换计划与抽样方案均作出调整：其一，轮换计划变更为每个受访家庭连续参与8个季度的调查；其二，抽样方案调整为以县级行政单位为分层抽样单元。

面板文件通过关联LFS常规访谈轮次中的8次访谈记录构建而成。上表中，所有标记为X的样本池（行）均可进行关联拼接，以连续参与8次访谈作为入选筛选标准。年度文件与分块文件包含了首次参与、二次参与等不同批次的受访对象。此类横截面数据集（列）可通过权重校准以匹配全国统计数据。
