Comparisons of diapause response genes from our study of D. melanogaster with other transcription studies on reproductive diapause. We compared our study to a D. montana candidate gene microarray study [149] and Culex pipiens diapause response genes [152]. Significantly inhibited transcripts are highlighted in blue, significantly activated in orange. Links to Flybase are included at genes shared with D. melanogaster. (XLSX 15 kb)
