Hidrográfico+

The Hidrográfico+ is a marine geospatial data infrastructure created to facilitate access to data produced by the Instituto Hidrográfico, promoting the blue economy and contributing to ocean science and sustainability. The Hydrographic+ is maintained by the Instituto Hidrográfico, the Portuguese Hydrographic Office, which undertakes research, analysis, and knowledge dissemination in the fields of marine sciences and technologies, alongside its responsibilities as the national hydrographic authority. In this way, the infrastructure supports a broad spectrum of scientific research with diverse technical applications. Hydrographic+ provides organized and interoperable access to marine datasets, including hydrography, oceanography, marine chemistry, marine geology, and navigation. All data and services are accompanied by metadata records describing data access links and conditions of use.
