不同的场景下对灯具有着不一样的照明需求,例如对灯具能效等级的要求。通过采集用于冰岛工厂的投光灯的输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数测算得到EEI,从而确定灯具的能效等级,就可以明确灯具在冰岛工厂的照明需求,可以为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。1.数据来源:在灯具出厂前,随机抽取用于冰岛工厂的投光灯成品,采集该投光灯输入电压、电流、光通量和功率因子等参数。 2.数据处理(1)基于采集的参数对灯具进行能效等级EEI分析: EEI=IV*PF/Pref;其中PF是功率修正因子:Pref是灯的参考功率,Фuse为灯的有效光通量。当中Фuse<1300lm时:Pref=фuse的平方根乘以0.88的积再加上0.049 Фuse ;当Фuse≥1300lm时:Pref =0.07341Фuse (2)若EEI≤0.11,为A++级;0.11≤EEI≤0.17,为A+级;0.17≤EEI≤0.24,为A级;0.24≤EEI≤0.6,为B级:0.6≤EEI≤0.8,为C级;0.8≤EEI≤0.95,为D级;EEI>0.95,为E级。3.数据应用:能效指数是评估灯具能效的重要指标之一,灯具出厂前进行等效分析,以适配冰岛工厂应用场景下的照明需求;同时也可为厂商优化灯具设计方案提供数据支撑,提高灯具的节能性能和使用寿命。

Different application scenarios have distinct lighting requirements for luminaires, including requirements for luminaire energy efficiency grades. By collecting parameters such as input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor of floodlights designated for Icelandic factories to calculate the Energy Efficiency Index (EEI), and thus determining the energy efficiency grade of the luminaires, the lighting demands in Icelandic factory scenarios can be clarified, providing data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes and enhancing the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires. 1. Data Source: Before the luminaires leave the factory, randomly sample finished floodlights intended for Icelandic factories, and collect parameters including their input voltage, current, luminous flux, and power factor. 2. Data Processing (1) Conduct energy efficiency grade analysis for the luminaires based on the collected parameters: EEI = IV * PF / Pref; where PF is the power correction factor, Pref is the reference power of the luminaire, and Фuse is the effective luminous flux of the luminaire. When Фuse < 1300 lm: Pref = 0.88 × √Фuse + 0.049 × Фuse; When Фuse ≥ 1300 lm: Pref = 0.07341 × Фuse. (2) Grade classification rules: If EEI ≤ 0.11, the grade is A++; if 0.11 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.17, the grade is A+; if 0.17 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.24, the grade is A; if 0.24 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.6, the grade is B; if 0.6 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.8, the grade is C; if 0.8 ≤ EEI ≤ 0.95, the grade is D; if EEI > 0.95, the grade is E. 3. Data Application: The energy efficiency index is one of the important indicators for evaluating luminaire energy efficiency. Conduct EEI analysis before the luminaires leave the factory to meet the lighting requirements in the application scenarios of Icelandic factories; meanwhile, it can also provide data support for manufacturers to optimize luminaire design schemes, improving the energy-saving performance and service life of the luminaires.
