Collated Summary of Articles on the Valley of Death

The data contains summaries of selected articles on Valley of Death (VoD). The summarized articles consist of scholarly papers, conference proceedings, and white papers. They were collected from ABI (Proquest), EBSCOHost, Scopus, ScienceDirect and Google scholar databases. They represent articles published between 2000 and 2020. Over 3000 articles were checked, but 300 of them were selected for second reading and summarization. Meanwhile, 128 articles found useful and relevant for VoD. These relevant articles were summarized based on these criteria: definition of VoD, perspective of VoD, causes of VoD, proposed solutions for VoD, context and industry. Furthermore, a list of VoD diagrams are presented in the data. There are 33 figures copied from the summarized articles. These figures show how VoD looks like across different schools of thought on VoD. The data also contains a reference list of summarized articles.

本数据集收录了针对‘死亡谷（Valley of Death，VoD）’的精选文章摘要。本次汇总的文章涵盖学术期刊论文、会议论文集与白皮书，文献采集自ABI（Proquest）、EBSCOHost、Scopus、ScienceDirect及Google Scholar数据库，所收录文献的发表时间跨度为2000年至2020年。本次共筛查逾3000篇文献，筛选出300篇开展二次通读与摘要撰写；另有128篇与死亡谷主题高度相关且具备参考价值的文献。上述相关文献的摘要撰写遵循以下维度：死亡谷的定义、研究视角、成因、针对性解决方案，以及应用场景与行业属性。本数据集还收录了死亡谷相关示意图集，共计33张取自原汇总文献的配图，这些配图直观展现了不同学术流派对死亡谷的解读与表现形态。此外，本数据集附带本次摘要所覆盖文献的完整参考文献列表。
