北京五环内100米分辨率绅士化空间类型区划分数据集（2023年）

本研究的数据以北京市五环区域内的百米网格（100 m × 100 m）为基本空间单元，采用常住人口口径对网格内人群结构进行刻画，聚焦2023 年这一基准时点（如开展跨期比较，将在一致口径下补充历年数据）。每个网格包含 64 项社会空间指标，覆盖性别、年龄、收入、受教育程度、消费水平、资产状况、人生阶段、职业与行业等九大维度。各指标统一以占比，必要时配套提供分母规模与有效样本阈值信息以便质量控制。数据以矢量网格与属性表形式组织，坐标统一为 WGS-84-50N，空间范围为北京市五环内的12000余绅士化空间网格，便于后续的空间统计与可视化表达。

The data utilized in this study adopts the 100 m × 100 m grid within the 5th Ring Road of Beijing as the fundamental spatial unit, and characterizes the population structure within each grid based on the resident population statistical standard. The study focuses on the baseline year of 2023; if cross-temporal comparisons are conducted, historical datasets across multiple years will be supplemented under a unified statistical caliber. Each grid includes 64 socio-spatial indicators covering nine major dimensions: gender, age, income, educational attainment, consumption level, asset status, life stage, occupation, and industry. All indicators are uniformly presented as proportions; when necessary, supporting information such as the denominator scale and valid sample threshold will be provided for quality control purposes. The data is organized in the form of vector grids and attribute tables, with a unified coordinate system of WGS-84-50N, covering over 12,000 gentrified spatial grids within the 5th Ring Road of Beijing, which facilitates subsequent spatial statistical analysis and visualization.
