上海市1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1981年）包括上海市1981年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
1:4,000,000 scale county-level administrative division dataset of Shanghai Municipality (1981) includes two components: county-level administrative division data of Shanghai Municipality in 1981, and data on the locations of county-level administrative seats. The county-level administrative division data contains information such as the names, Pinyin, administrative division codes, and change history of county-level administrative units; the data on administrative seats covers information such as the location of the seat of each county-level administrative unit, the level of the administrative seat, and its change history.
