The dataset was generated from artificial rainfall experiments conducted in 2023 and 2024 on typical red-soil sloping farmland in southern China. Experiments took place at the Water-Saving Irrigation Experiment Center of Yunnan Agricultural University in Kunming, Yunnan Province. The data include carbon and nitrogen losses measured under simulated storm events for four tillage practices: plastic mulching, cross-slope ridge tillage, downslope ridge tillage, and conventional flat tillage.
