ABSTRACT Objective: to analyze the influence of different combinations of verbal stimuli on the responses of the cognitive auditory evoked potential of children with speech sound disorders and to compare the P300 responses, considering the combinations of stimuli in the different severity of speech sound disorders. Methods: nineteen children in the mean age of 6.75 years old, of both sexes, diagnosed with speech sound disorder, participated in the study. All participants were submitted to the cognitive auditory evoked potential - P300 test, performed with two combinations of verbal stimuli (BA/DI and BA/GA). For statistical analysis it was used the Student T-test. Results: a statistically significant difference was observed for the latency values (p=<0.001*) and for the amplitude values (p=<0.001*) between the two combinations of stimuli. Also, statistically significant difference was observed between the combinations evaluated in the different severity of the speech sound disorder. Conclusion: the combination of stimuli /BA/ x /DI/ demonstrated lower latency and higher amplitude values in the Cognitive Evoked Potential assessment in children presented with speech sound disorder.

【摘要】目的:分析不同言语刺激组合对言语语音障碍(speech sound disorder)儿童认知听觉诱发电位反应的影响,并结合言语语音障碍的不同严重程度,对比不同刺激组合下的P300反应。 方法:本研究纳入19名平均年龄为6.75岁、男女兼具的言语语音障碍儿童作为研究受试者。所有受试者均接受认知听觉诱发电位-P300测试,测试采用两种言语刺激组合(BA/DI与BA/GA)。统计分析采用学生t检验(Student T-test)。 结果:两种刺激组合的潜伏期(p≤0.001*)与波幅(p≤0.001*)均存在统计学显著性差异。此外,在言语语音障碍的不同严重程度分组中,不同刺激组合的测试结果亦存在统计学显著性差异。 结论:在言语语音障碍儿童的认知诱发电位评估中,/BA/与/DI/的刺激组合表现出更低的潜伏期与更高的波幅数值。
