Electron tomography, micromagnetic simulation, and crystal plane analysis of giant magnetofossils

In this dataset, we show the electron tomography reconstruction and micromagnetic simulation results of giant magnetofossils. The details are as follows: “Hyst_Loop”: Hysteresis loop files (.hyst) and output files (.out) obtained from the micromagnetic simulation. “Recon_movie”: Movie files (.mp4) for electron tomography reconstruction results. “Recon_STL”: Mesh files (.stl) for electron tomography reconstruction results. “Particle_Info.xlsx”: Triaxial dimension data of giant magnetofossil particles based on reconstruction results. “Magnetite_paras_published_data.xlsx”: Summary of hysteresis data for magnetite from previous studies “Magnetite_paras_this_study.xlsx”: Summary of hysteresis data for giant magnetofossils calculated using micromagnetic simulations. “Small_kinked_bullet_MTB _data.xlsx”: Published dimension data of kinked bullet-shaped magnetite synthesized by magnetotactic bacteria. “GM_STL_cluster_code.ipynb”: Crystal plane analysis code for tomography-reconstructed STL files.
