The protein sequence, alignment, and tree inference output files used to generate the phylogeny, inferred from amino acid sequences of ABCB homologs from various eukaryotes closely related to characterized ABCB6 and ABCB7 homologs from selected model organisms, in Fig. 1B and Fig. S2 in "The <i>Toxoplasma gondii</i> mitochondrial transporter ABCB7L is essential for the biogenesis of cytosolic and nuclear iron-sulfur cluster proteins and cytosolic translation".
