驻车制动率=驻车制动力/整车静态轮荷/0.98*100%。根据《GB7258-2017机动车运行安全技术条件》，《GB38900-2020机动车安全技术检验项目和方法》规定，驻车制动率合格范围：≥20%，如总质量为整备质量1.2倍以下的机动车应≥15%。
