To determinate changes in microbial communities during bioremediation of soils contaminated with PHs, from 0 d to 112 d, the V4-V5 fragment of the 16S rRNA gene was amplified with a set of primers 515f (GTG CCA GCM GCC GCG GTAA) and 907r (CCGTCAATTCMTTTRAGTTT) following a previously described protocol.21 Amplicons were sequenced by using the Illumina HiSeq 2000 platform (Majorbio co., Shanghai, China).
