Figure S1 - The Bacterial Preparation OK432 Induces IL-12p70 Secretion in Human Dendritic Cells in a TLR3 Dependent Manner

TLR3 siRNA treated DC produce similar amounts of IL-8 as mock treated DC. DC were either mock treated or electroporated with either control siRNA that has no specific target in human cells or with two siRNA specific against TLR3. IL-8 production was measured by commercially available sandwich ELISA (R&D systems) to evaluate the viability of the cells. The amount IL-8 produced is displayed as a percentage compared to that of mock treated cells set to 100%. Mean and SEM is shown (N = 3 experiments). (EPS)
